Subscription Model

  • Partial Refunds: Refunds after the initial 7-day period are not available. However, you can cancel your subscription to prevent future charges.

2. Cancellation Policy:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the next month. Access to subscription features will continue until the end of the billing period.
  • Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions can be canceled at any time. However, no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining months of the subscription. Access to subscription features will continue until the end of the current billing year.

Top-Up Model

1. Refund Policy:

  • No Refunds: Purchases of top-up credits are non-refundable. Once credits are purchased and added to your account, they cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other services.

2. Cancellation Policy:

  • Top-Up Credits: Since top-up credits are consumed on usage, there is no cancellation applicable for top-up purchases. Credits will remain in your account until fully utilized or expired, as per the terms of the top-up package.

General Terms
